Copenhagen has many great attractions, but one of its most popular is the Tivoli Gardens. It is an amusement park but not a typical North American theme park. Exploring this castle is a must. The Christiansborg Slot is the perfect place to see how royalty lived. Its a massive granite castle thats protected by the canal on three sides. Its most noticeable feature though is the Bl Trn, the Blue Tower. It used to house prisoners and one of its most famous guests was Eleonore Christine, suspected to being part of her husband's treason plot. Yup, a perfect place to see how royalty lived.

Feel like doing some shopping? Welcome to the longest pedestrian mall on the planet. The Strget is filled with fantastic stores, restaurants, theaters and museums. It also serves as a great reminder of Denmark's past. Make sure you give yourself enough time to explore this shoppers paradise.
