Hotel Nova Domus is located slightly over half a mile from the Vatican City, Vatican Gardens and Saint Peter’s Basilica. Classic décor and furnishing adorn the hotel’s interior. Guests can savor local delicacies at the scenic terrace of Le Terrazze restaurant, while the bar whips up fragrant cappuccinos alongside hotel-created long drinks. Other dining options are available near the hotel, while attractions such as Castel Sant’Angelo – which offers panoramic views of the city – and Ponte de Sant’Angelo with baroque angel carvings are located slightly over a mile from the hotel.

Hotel Nova Domus Accommodations

There are 103 rooms and 15 suites at Hotel Nova Domus. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning & heating, satellite television, direct dial telephone, safe box, and mini bar. The attached bathroom has shower or bath tub, and hair dryer. Business class rooms have a terrace overlooking Saint Peter’s Dome, and connections for Internet and computers. Room service is available. Guests enjoy complimentary American buffet breakfast. Cribs, reduced mobility rooms, non-smoking rooms, and rooms with Internet connectivity/data port are all available on request.

Amenities offered

Banquets for 120 (maximum) can be held at the hotel, which also provides meeting facilities for 10 to 100 (maximum), as well as translation services and audio visual aids on request. Guests can approach the concierge for suggestions on sightseeing, arranging airport transfers, and making advance reservations at restaurants or event performances. By car: From all directions, reach the ringway around Rome (G.R.A.) and from there, take exit 1: Via Aurelia, in the direction Rome Centre/Vatican City. Follow Via Aurelia until Piazza Irnerio then go straight to Via Baldo degli Ubaldi, which leads to Via Angelo Emo. Turn left to Viale degli Ammiragli or turn right to Via Ciprot from Via M. Bragadin. At the end of Via Cipro you will find Piazzale degli Eroi; from here, take Circonvallazione Trionfale then the third on the right is Via G. Savonarola where you will find Hotel Nova Domus on the corner.
By public transportation: From Termini railway station, take the subway Line A in the direction of Battistini and alight at Cipro - Musei Vaticani. From Via Cipro, walk to Piazzale degli Eroi, cross the square and take Circonvallazione Trionfale. The third street on the right is Via G. Savonarola where you will find Hotel Nova Domus on the corner.
From Leonardo International Airport, take the train to Termini railway station then follow the directions above. From Ciampino Airport, take the bus to the subway station Anagnina then continue as above by subway to Cipro-Musei Vaticani.
