The rooms are about the size of a cruise ship cabin, but are very complete with all your needs. Geat location, staff, very clean and comfortable.

While the room was tiny and we had no view, for the price and location it was a great deal. The staff were very helpful, and kind. The beds were great, as was the tea, slippers, gown, and goodies provided in the room.

This hotel has a great and helpful staff they also book great tours . The location is close to MTR , Ferry , Shopping, Dinning ,Etc . It is short walk to Kowloon Park a must see . Upgrading the room to a harbor view gives you great views at night. I will for sure come back

Awesome location for business or pleasure. Rooms on the tiny side, good for single travellers, couples its a tight sqeeuze. Transport close to hotel to access ALL of Hong Kong.

This hotel was in a great location, only steps away from the MRT (subway) and across from the Peninsula Hotel. The rooms were very small but were very clean and functional, most hotel rooms on asia are small. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast buffet ($24 US) was very good.

While having very small rooms, if you're in HK as a tourist you'll love how close this is to Victoria Harbour, Nathan Road, the subway and many tourist attractions

We loved the hotel and room services. The staff and workers were very helpful and sweet. The location was great especially it was very close to Star Ferry, where we were able to catch the KBM buses around Kowloon and Star Ferry or MTR to the Hong Kong Island easily. The only complaint we had was the room was way too small for two grown adults. I didn't even a space to stretch. We had difficult time trying to find space for things we purchased over there. So if you like bigger hotle rooms. You'll have a hard time with the size of the room.

Location is good, but the rooms are too small for more than 1 person. Also, because of location, hotel is popular with tour groups. Lines at the registration counter can be VERY LONG!

The hotel is in a very good location. And the room rate is reasonable. Tips for travellers: twin beds room size is bigger than a double bed room. We were travelling with a little girl in 2, the twin bed is good enough for a small size family.

For those intrigued by the small,compact & minuscule descriptions, here are some measurements: From the door to the far wall 4 & 1/2 big steps, 2 &1/2 big steps at widest area. Bathroom is 10 tiles by 7 & 1/2 tiles. Perfect for 1 cosy for 2. Very clean, comfy bed, fantastic location.

Surprisingly exceeding my expectation, the hotel service is very very good, almost all staffs are so friendly and nice, location is the best in Kowloon and the room although small is very comfortable..the bed is perfect and the room equipment is sophisticated enough (TV internet & broadband)

The staff is wonderful and increadibly helpful. The rooms are VERY small but clean. The location is close to EVERYTHING!!

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Hong Kong in term of location, service, room and value. It is 4 star and more. It staff is amongst the warmest I have ever encountered.
