All the guestrooms have a well-lit work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, telephone with voicemail, coffee and tea making facilities, television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, iron and ironing board, alarm clock and a hairdryer. Some rooms have the added benefit on a mini-refrigerator and microwave oven.

This inn has an outdoor heated swimming pool, whirlpool and a fitness room. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including the Beaver Street Brewery, a Chili’s, Red Lobster, an Olive Garden and the Crown Railroad Café. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area attractions and events and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the inn. From Flagstaff Airport (FLG) 3miles: Merge onto I-17 N to Flagstaff. From I-17, continue past I-40. I-17 turns into Milton Road. Pass the first traffic light and the hotel is on the left.
