Customer Reviews for Hilton Anaheim

Over all good stay - posted on 04/11/2007

An older Hilton but still nice and comfortable. One night our key did not work and security came right away. Great location and felt very safe there.

Great Place - posted on 12/21/2006

I loved this motel. We stayed on the exective level and it was great. You have a private concierge for this floor and a special lounge that offers free breakfast, snacks, and a view. Being able to see the fireworks at night from disneyland was also very romantic.

Room arrangement - posted on 11/28/2006

I stayed in a room on the 8th floor where the entry door was so close to the mirrored closet door that if you had the closet door open and you had someone coming in from the the entry door, that person would run directly into the closet door if you don't close that first before they enter. Very poor design. The bathroom was also REALLY small.

Too Much Money for so Little - posted on 10/22/2006

Ok, Too much money. 12.95 for 24 hours internet. Most places are free now. Also, the room was gross. beds were old and tilting. Would be nice to have a shower that was easy to operate. everything was old. 60's style. The employees were the saving grace of this experience. Location is good but still had to pay for a shuttle to Disney. If you have to book in this area look else where even if it is far from the event.

Underwhelmed - posted on 10/12/2006

I stayed in the executive level room and found it to be unimpressive. The room was very clean, but not what I expected from a Hilton. Also, paying $11 a day for parking is a little ridiculous. A cheaper place would have served the exact same purpose.

Would not stay again - posted on 08/04/2006

The service was great during our stay but the hotel look dated to me and lacked the disney feel you get at other hotels in the area. We ordered breakfast one morning and it was wonderful. The biggest drawback for us was having to pay for almost every amenity including the fitness room, basketball court, computer use, parking and also having to pay for the shuttle to disneyland. Hardly any hotels offer this for free anymore. We normally stay at Disney's Paradise Pier and would definitely pay the extra to stay their again next time.

Gorgeous Hotel! - posted on 07/27/2006

This place is beautiful! Lobby is extraordinary. Our rooms had the most comfortable, fluffy beds we have ever had at a hotel. Lovely view, extremely well taken care of. Great room service, pool was never over crowded. We usually stay at California Adventure but we plan to stay here from now on.

Great experience - posted on 06/27/2006

We found absolutely nothing missing with our experience at the Hilton. The room was great, the food was great although the buffet selection could change more frequently. The staff were helpful and we appreciated the security in the hotel. Nice pool and live music! Would definately stay again

Great Stay at Hilton - posted on 06/07/2006

My room was more than I expected. Very large with a nice sitting area. The view of Disneyland was great to watch the fireworks at night. The food in the hotel restaurant was terrific. The service from the front desk to bellhops to gift store was great.

Pick any other one - posted on 04/03/2006

The location was all it had going for it. We had friends in 2 other nearby hotels and they paid less, got a free breakfast, did not have to pay $ 11 to park their cars, and had much more room for the money. In reality the Hilton is too far to walk to Disney anyway (plus walk all day at Disney...) although it overlooks the park, and the staff was mediocre. Good pool area, and nearly attached to the convention center. Save your money and go a block away. They think they are better than they are. Yes there was mold, too, as the rooms lacked bathroom fans.

Can't Wait To Stay Again - posted on 02/22/2006

My friend and I loved the size of our room for the reasonable price. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The pool and jacuzzi were great. A bigger tv would have been nice but not necessary.

Not the first choice - posted on 12/07/2005

Hilton should be ashamed of this facility. The bathroom in my room was very moldy, I was moved to another but still with mold in bathroom. I can't believe room was remodeled, TV was very small and room dirty. Some rooms are way too far from elevators. Good location, but outdated, dirty and moldy hotel.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever - posted on 06/03/2005

I stayed at the Hilton with my girlfriend while attending Disneyland. Our room was small amd jammed between 2 suites. The light in the room didn't work, the bathtub didn't drain properly, and there was mold all over the bathroom. Also, the hotel staff was not helpful.

The hotel was awesome I absolute ly loved it. It may not have been one of the best hotels that I have been but the staff was really friendly and room service was great!

Would Never Return - posted on 04/15/2005

It's a good thing that I didn't pay full price. I had to change rooms because, the bathrooms had mold. Even though the 2nd room we were moved to was better, it still had mold. The only other available rooms in the hotel were on the Concierge level, & I would have had to pay extra to have a cleaner room. Maint. dept. was taking the week off, carpets were dirty, and the seams were pulling out which caused a tripping hazard. Trash and remnants of room service left for days in the hallways.

Very Good - posted on 04/11/2005

I loved the staff, the convenience of having a shut-tle to the hotel from airport and proximity of other restaurants to the hotel. Disneyland was within walking dis-tance. The pool, lanai, and spa were great. Gift shop was pricey. Poor selection of T-Shirts.

Great Staff! - posted on 04/07/2005

Stayed here a week. We had requested two ajoining rooms which were unavailable at check in. The manager personally assisted us and gave us two ajoining suites at the same price! Pools were great. Walls a bit thin, but security responds quickly to loud noise. Staff was just great! Clean, nice hotel.

I don't think so! - posted on 02/08/2005

Sleep with your brother after you make your reservations. That's what the lady at the desk told me; to sleep in a king sized bed with my brother, or they could bring a cot....At $264 a night, they tell me to slumber with my brother!?!?!And we had twin beds and smoking listed on the reservation. After we get there, she said that is first come first serve....I was completely insulted in every way with the hotel.
