Customer Reviews for Quality Inn and Suites Anaheim Resort

Clean & inexpensive - posted on 03/29/2007

Was first given a room with a door that did not lock. My complaint got me transferred to another room; I was given a renovated room that was small but clean and pleasant. Price was right.

My favorite place in Anaheim - posted on 02/10/2007

I travel to Disneyland a lot (bi-monthly) and this is my favorite place to stay. They are still remodeling, ask for a newer room. All rooms have a fridge and microwave at no extra cost, rooms are half price of one's directly on harbor blvd but you're still only a 10 minute safe walk to the park. I've had to change rooms due to noise before and the staff is VERY accomodating. Clean, safe, value, and nice rooms...just ask for a newer one! If the hotel is busy be sure to get up early if you want waffles!

Great Place - posted on 12/13/2006

The customer service at this hotel is excellent. They allowed us to check in early which was perfect because we didn't want to leave Disneyland in the middle of the day. Its only a very short walk from the park. The rooms are very nice and clean, and after I called the front desk when loud music was coming from downstairs, the music was promptly lowered and they offered to move us rooms if we were still bothered by the music. The stay was very comfortable and the price was great. We will use this hotel again on future trips.

You pay for what you get. - posted on 10/29/2006

This hotel is in walking distance to Disneyland which made it our choice. The hotel clerk said she was giving us an "upgraded" room. The wall paper was pealing, the toilet backed up, there was old blood on the bedspread. We had to call for more towels. Other than that it was ok.

40 minute waffles? - posted on 08/14/2006

The room was extremely clean, but not restocked. Don't stay here if you are hoping for breakfast. Waffle line was longer than space mountain! Only other options are toast, yucky muffins or corn flakes. Had to ask for more coffee and towels. Ice machine broken during entire stay and staff seemed to know but played the "I'll see what we can do" card. 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Right on expressway, extremely noisy area. Many kids in the pool.

update - posted on 06/23/2006

after reading some of the reviews we were pleasantly surprised when we unlocked our room door! Rooms are recently redecorated, and restrooms were renovated as well. No smells or odors to complain about. I was advised that the air conditioning units are being replaced and as we were leaving new micowaves were being delivered. Not truly "walking distance" because getting to the front doors of Disney would take you about 30min (at least) but shuttles are available. Would use this hotel again because I saw first hand their renovation efforts and the staff is top notch!

staying somewhere else - posted on 06/02/2006

Well it looked like a nice place in the pictures but there was mold in the bathroom and the ceiling leaked from the room upstairs, and there was a strange smell about the place.

couldn't be worse - posted on 04/14/2006

Did not receive type of room I had booked. Room smelled. Broken shower fixtures. When I checked out they informed me that I owed money above what I had already paid. Very shady place

close to disneyland - posted on 03/28/2006

The front desk staff was friendly, there was lots of parking, the hotel is close to Disneyland. On the other hand, our room had little critters in it and we were scared to sleep in the bed. The tap water is foul and there were no bottled water services (we brought in our own). The room was not very clean or comfortable. The fridge did not work, which was bad because we never eat out on vacation - only grocery food. Great if you're on a budget and want to be close to the park.

Stayed in an recently upgraded room which was very niceand tasteful. Staff was cordial and helpful. Looks like they have done a lot of renovation for the better. Continental breakfst could have been better. Overall, the rooms were nice and service friendly.

Find another place. - posted on 01/01/2006

While the location was excellent regarding Disneyland, the overall conditionof the hotel was not good. We had to change our own sheets on the first night because they had not been changed and on another we had no clean towels late at night after returning from Disneyland. The air conditioner didn't work well and han an odor.

Filthy - posted on 03/13/2005

The room was filthy. The carpet was so dirty your feet got black when you walked on it. The tub was dirty. The room smelled musty. There was no coffee. We asked for some the first night and got it. But, they never brought anymore and we stayed 3 nights. I'll never stay there again.
