Good Value - posted on 05/14/2007
This moderately priced hotel provided good value for the money. The room was clean and did not need any repair. There was nothing outstanding but I would stay there again.
OK place to stay - posted on 04/02/2007
If your looking for a place to sleep, this will meet your needs. Looks like they are trying to renovate the place, but only finished~70% of the room. Fridge/microwave was a nice surprise. Breakfast was a joke; cold cereal and toast. Stayed 3 nites, no room service 2nd day.
Good deal near Disneyland - posted on 01/11/2007
The room was neat, the free breakfast was good (liked the pancakes), the hot tub was relaxing but the pool wasn't heated as promised on their website. We had to take one city bus to go to Disneyland because the free shuttles did not make it to the hotel. It was a great deal for that price!

the employees had their families eating breakfast every day and made it difficult to find seating and ran out of food several times. it was impossible to make waffles because there were so many employees children who were being taken care of by the employees. Also on a couple of days we were not replenished with the usual toiletries.
Didn't feel comfortable. - posted on 11/22/2006
Room felt cramped; bathroom fan was incredibly loud; room was situated across from the ice machine (bad!); people upstairs sounded like elephants trampling; my car got hit in the parking lot; staff was friendly, though, and a late check-in was easy.
Not as comfortable - posted on 03/11/2006
This Comfort Inn is in a convenient location wth decent exterior design. However, the facillities are of varying ages.. Our room has new vanity but broken phoneline and broken shower drain. Breakfast is minimal. Our non-smoking room also smells strong cigarett smell. Anyway, the staffs are nice and try to accomodate. The microwave and fridge in the room is a nice feature.
First Impressions Mean Alot - posted on 02/20/2006
We had to find a hotel a day before trip to Disneyland, it?d been raining. Hotels were sold out (Presidents weekend). We arrived ( I like to secure the hotel ) the women behind the counter was so rude. She almost laughed at my face stating we don't check anyone in before 3, then said the hotel was sold out the night before. I told her that we had a reservation & please set it for late arrival. Anyway later that day I called and spoke to a WONDERFUL young man who assured me that my room was there waiting. Other than the first impression it was good hotel.
Big disappointment - posted on 01/14/2006
Not up to Comfort Inn standards. Looks rundown and frumpy. Pool/hot tub were filled with dirt & leaves. Cont. breakfast meager. Elevator runs but looks really bad. Price was good but you get what you pay for. Would not stay again. Very disappointed. Rooms noisy with freeway traffic, and needs repairs.

The hotel was good, pricewise, but other than that its not the four seasons. However, the staff was great.

not good! - posted on 06/07/2005
Hotel was dirty, old, and room smelled funny. When we ask for a roll-away we were told by the front desk that she would not bring it to our room after dark ( I guess that explained the secuity window in the office). They also advertised a Disney shuttle--no Disney shuttle was available. We called and moved to another hotel right away since I had 3 18 year old girls with me. Would not recommend to anyone. It's a bad name for Comfort Inn.
Much less than what I expected - posted on 02/12/2005
First, they made a mistake and gave me a room that was obviously used as a storage room. When I went back to the desk, the staff didn't even know what was going on. They gave me another room and it was less than what I expected. The remote control to the TV didn't work and the room had a strange odor. I've stayed in other Comfort Inns and have been satisfied before but this one was obviously not up to par. I guess you get for what you pay for. The best thing about this place is the free wireless which was only free because it was during their testing phase.
