our visit was very nice the staff was very friendly the hotel is under reavation with it does need when it comes to the bathroom area in the rooms however the room was very clean.

This is a great hotel, we stayed there in October right after it had changed ownership and it was wonderful. Their restuarant was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone staying there

Hotel was very clean and staff were very professional. Only downside was the phone got a lot of static if you didn't hold the cold in.

This hotel changed ownership in the middle of our stay, while we were at D-Land for the day and dind't bother to tell us. Many shuttle riders were stranded at D-land, as the shuttle didn't show up after dropping us off in the morning. They did refund, but it was a hassle for many.

This hotel is a bit misleading but great! They changed ownership 6 days before we checked in but still kept our reservation!! There was no signage on the hotel due to the changeover so it made finding the hotel a little challenging. Staff was extremely inviting and professional.

THE HOTEL WAS NICE! A GOOD,BASIC, PLACE TO SLEEP AFTER A DAY AT DISNEYLAND,WALK IS A LONG 1/2 MILE WHEN TIRED,BUT STILL CLOSE THE BEST WAS A/C , THE POOL AND SPA WERE 24 HRS. FEELS GOOD AFTER SPENDING THE DAY AT THE PARKS. BATHROOM IS SMALL BUT DID THE TRICK. ROOMS WERE CLEAN.PRICE WAS GOOD I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. THANKS

the room was a good size,the pool was a little bit crowded even late at night, the bed was wobbly.but it served its purpose.

It should not be named "At the Park" as it is too far to be named as such. The rooms offer no privacy to passerby, only has sheer curtains for window coverings. Does not offer free shuttle service to Disney parks. The only thing going for this hotel is the staff.

The hotel is well located among all attractions. The restaurant offers good breakfast. The service was terrific. The only thing that need improvements are the bathroom. I will stay this hotel again.

Great location and pool amenities. We thought the food was great. If you sign up for priority club you get $5 off breakfast per person. Service was good. It took us 45 min to get back to the hotel because we had to wait for the shuttle. Not recommended after a long day.

I stayed here last Sat night. When we came to hotel at midnight, 3 buses of band students were unloading from Texas. Our room was in front of the only elevator, which was old and very loud. I heard it until 3:00 a.m., and with the 300 students, it began again at 6:30 a.m. They stood in front of our door talking while waiting for the elevator. BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

i went to disneyland with my family and we felt that we were attended nicely at the front desk. however, we didn't have any kind of meal from the hotel, except that stayed some hours in the pool, which is a good play to refresh aftre a long day walking around at the park.

It was easy to register, but the room was musty and right off the freeway.... we had to walk quite a way from the front desk to our room, which was not well lit. I don't think I will stay there again.. the people at the front desk were nice, but it didn't help our problems.

The first time I stayed here was in 2003. The restraunt was not good. The rooms felt unclean but it is a good value.

The staff was nice at the check in. Rooms are very small and kinda dingy. Pool area is nice but always crowded. STAY AWAY from the restraunt! Food is awful, staff is worse!!! Not walking distance to disneyland due to crossing freeway! Shuttle bus is $3.00 per person so you are better off driving to disney if you have more than 3 people.

It was the ugly!!! No fan in bathroom, really needs painting job, ripen sheets, to get some ice all you have to do, just go to some other floor and see if their ice machine is working, also it is really noise. But, people at the front desk were helpful and nice. RUN AWAY from this place, you can get a better hotel for the same money.

My daugher and I stayed here only because we were meeting friends who had already made their reservations. I would not stay here again. The rooms were unclean and sparse. The lighting inside was awful. A room next to ours had the remains of room service outside for almost an entire day. The price may be low and it is within walking distance to the parts, but I would not advise using staying here!!
