Customer service was horrible. Teenagers running all over the place. I had to visit the front desk way to many times during my visit. Next time I will definately spring for a higher class hotel.

We drove up from Naple,FL to meet our son and family for a few days. They were staying there so we also made a reservation. The room was clean and very nice. Thought the restaurant served good and inexpensive food for families on a budget. The bus service to the parks, etc. was very convenient. Would stay there again.

We stayed here from May 3, 2007 to May 7, 2007. We were with a school group from Elwood, Indiana. We have a teacher who is retiring and chose to bring her students and parents to Disney. We all had a blast. I just wish that we could have taken our 3 older kids down with us. Maybe one day I'll be blessed with the money to bring my entire family back down for a true vacation and this is where we will stay.

This resort was great. We stayed in Broadway building - rooms were like brand new! Buses were great for going to the parks. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus. Would definitely recommend this resort for people who don't want to spend a lot of money on their room. We had great service from check-in to housekeeping each day. I would definitely stay at All-Star Music on a return trip to Disney.

We stayed at the all star music because of the reviews i found online and we were glad we chose it. The staff was very helpful. Our daughter was hurt while visiting the mgm studio and we ended up spending the whole day at the emegency room. after telling one of the staff members at the hotel she gave us free passes for the next day, The food court has great food and not that expensive... would recomend staying here we will be back

WOW!!! Great time! We stayed at the All-Star Music resort and had an absolutely FABULOUS time! The Disney Magical express Service was so convenient, it was great not having to worry about our bags. The food court had great food. They have refillable cups that saved a HUGE amount of money. The pools were adorable! The room was clean and cute. Everything at the hotel reflected the Disney theme which for me was the best reason to stay in the Disney complex. The transportation from the hotel to the parks made it soo easy, you really get amazing value.

Everything was clean from the rooms to the restaurant and pools, to the grounds. My family and I were very impressed for the price.

Staff were super friendly (say hi when you pass), transportation was easy and convenient (drivers entertain with jokes, sing-a-longs, etc), food court had lots of variety and seating (refillable cups a great value). Family suite had 2 bathrooms!!!! Check in was a long wait but we were on holidays and not about to get stressed. Had something to eat and left the kids to play in the games room while we waited in line. Luggage was delivered to our room. Nothing to think about but having fun. Parks are Huge Fun!!!!! Great family memories and it's because Disney thinks of everything.

affordable, so you can go more ofte, do not stay in the room much anyway. But very clean and rooms are very cute. i love it and will always return.

What a dream come true....my family, a total of 24 of us spent Christmas at Disney and stayed at All Star Music and it was a great experience. We all had a wonderful time for 6 days!! The food was good, the rooms were clean...it was an extrememly busy time and the crowds were unreal, but it was fantastic,...a wonderful Christmas vacation with family and the staff at All Music made it great also.

We have stayed at the All Stars Music resort 6 years in a row, and we LOVE it!!! We have never had a problem, the Castmembers go out of their way to accomodate you in every way possible.

we enjoyed a kind, frindley staff who went out of thier way to be nice. I would go again in a minute. Clean rooms and good selction of food. We got the meal plan and it was well worth it. Food staff was all too willing to accomodate changes. Hint, if you get a park hopper your family may want to go elsewhere but will always come back to Magic Kingdom. There is no place like it on earth

As Florida residents we decided to take advantage of the discount at a Disney Hotel. We were given the All Star Music Resort. After checking in we stood outside our room for 2 hours with an 8 month old in the hot sun waiting for an employee to come fix the lock so we could enter and unpack our things. We finally called guest relations because the main desk would not let us speak to a manager. An hour later they arrived to fix the lock. Total time wasted, 3 hours. What a poor example of a Disney hotel.

My fmaily stayed at the All-Star Music in June 2006 and we are already planning a return trip. The kids (2 & 4) loved the pools. Food was fine. Check in was kind of busy, but we came the week after school let out. Rooms were spacious and nice.

excelent value for the money.we got in on the free food deal,and that was great...i had 4 grandchildren with me.they thought it was awesome.we will be back.free ride from the airport was great.sept. was a graat time to go no lineups.

Stayed here because price low and handicapped transportation to parks. We did not get handicapped equipped rooms even though reserved well in advanced. Front desk people slow and useless! Food service slow and expensive! Had much better experience at non-Disney owned properties at Lake Buena Vista!

My son and I stayed there for 1 week. It was awful! Staff sooooo slow and un organized. Wait lines in restaurant was 45 minutes every day from 6p.m. on. We walked over to the All Star Movies and because of their organizationial skills, we waited no longer than 10 minutes every time. The Housekeeping staff was upset with me one morning because we were still in our room at 8:30 a.m.???? I would cancel my vacation to Disney world if the only rooms were at the Music and we love Disney World.

My son & I were in florida 7/05 and had a great time. We will be returning on 6/06 less than a year ago. All cast members were kind, polite and helpful. The cast members at the Maestro Mickey Store at the musical resort were wonderful to us and were respectful, courtious, helpful.

I brought my five year old grandaughter to celebrate her upcoming birthday. We had a great time--bus service in the mornings is very crowded. She enjoyed the food court, the Mickey waffles and I enjoyed the cooler where I purchased a fruit and cheese platter. Very nice gift shop--and they had great employees. We purchased quite a few things at the gift shop.

I treated my nieces(7,15) and nephew(16) to a wonderful disney vacation since they have never been there.Stayed in the calypso area- its close to the main lobby and food court. Niece(7) bumped her head in pool. Paramedics there in 1 minute (really!). Toilet hard to flush and loud.We weren't in the room but to sleep. Need later arcade hours.Extra value for the money.Great bus transportation to all

Had an AWESOME experience. Upgraded to a king room at check in with NO problems. Staff was very friendly. Food court was very conv. and food was good. Would recommend and would certainly stay again. GREAT VALUE for the money.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you have children. It's a very fun atmosphere with everything within the reach of your fingertips. Had a great time!

Extra park hours were the best feature, New Years Eve we stayed an extra 3 hours. The rooms are a little small but have two double beds, so they can sleep 4 OK (We had 2 adults and 2 teens). The beds were soft and comfortable. It was very hard to push the button on top of tank to flush the toilet. Free transportation to the parks by bus can save the $9 parking fee. The property was clean and had a fun and whimsical feel. The check-in line was long, but the Disney staff members were friendly and helpful.

Service has gone downhill. Got into our room to find FECES on the sheets of one bed. Front desk rude. Too many rude teenagers (carrying food back to building 8, ran into me making me drop everything). Food is terrible. Had to wait 30 min to get stuffed shells two days in a row. Transportation is only plus.

Did not have rooms we booked 3 months before and were guaranted ended up with 2 room in one area and 1 in another. Were given wrong directions to room to 45min to find the room and that was the coment of alot of people that weekend. Called for a shower chair for a handycap person was never delivered. would never stay here again.

Rooms small but not tiny... Disney water smells terrible - like bad well water! Don't drink it! Disney gets enough of your money - be thrifty in the hotels. But your kids will be in the park. You'll know when someone flushes at 2am. Food court convenient but Disney food prices.

This is our second stay at the All Star Music. Basically you get what you pay for. It is not the fanciest motel in town, but the service and amenities are very good. The rooms could be remodelled, but are quite clean. They are showing their age, especially the bed spreads. Great for families and especially single parents. Great transportation. Probably will be back again.

I will be coming back with my 8 yr old daughter. She loved it and so did I .Room and pool was always clean. The service and express shuttle bus was to my satifaction.Great Job!!! to all music employees.

This is the first time I was able to afford a little vacation for my kids and wanted them to stay at a Disney resort. I thought it would be different for some reason. The only real fun was the pool for the kids. The food was really highly priced and the real downfall was when we checked in -my daughter sat in the lobby on the bench to watch TV, and had her lunch bag which contained her digital camera, cd player, 2 games boys, and 22 games. When she went to get up for us to go to the room, it was gone, someone took it right off the seat next to her. Just very disappointing. Thank you

Ok room, too far to walk to foot court after being in park all day. My granddaughters stuffed animal was stolen from our room while we at the park VERY DISAPPOINTING! - Soda machine out of order most of our visit, ice too

after graduating high school, me and 3of my girlfriends decided to stay at the AllStar Music Resort and had the best disney vacation ever! so fun! i loved the theme of the resort - it made our trip so much more enjoyable!

WE STAYED HERE FOR A FEW NIGHTS AND IS WORTH THE MONEY! THE ARCADE WAS GREAT SO WAS EVERYTHING WE EVEN GOT BALLONS SENT TO OUR ROOM FOR A BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!

The hotel was good. I've stayed at the Moderate resorts before and I think they are worth the extra money. When we first arrived, our first room was so filled with cigarette smoke that my wife couldn't breathe. The second room was nice, but still, everything seemed a little dirty. The Disney bus system was terrible; standing room only. The food wasn't great but the fact that they offered it late at night was a definite plus. Nice Disney staff!

Cleanliness was great; personnel were super friendly and very helpful. The food choices were great as there was something for everyone's taste and desires. The man helping me with tichet decisions was very patient. I would stay there again.

The location and 1-hr. early start to the park were great, however the room was disappointing. The carpet was very dirty and although there was an iron in the room, there was no hair dryer. I would much rather have the hair dryer.Also the pool had a black ring above the water line. Not very appealing.

The music hotel was cute and designed with families in mind. The food was too expensive and room service (other than pizza) would be a definite plus. Also a hairdryer is a neccessity.

I was disappointed that it took 1 hour to get my room, even though I had reservations. The rate had increased from what was on my confirmation, and the receptionists seemed to be irritated when I explained that the rate was incorrect. I asked for an adjoining room and was told the rooms were but they were side by side...not adjoining. The room smelled of cigarettes. On a good note, the bed was comfortable and the maid service was good. I would probably not stay here again.
