The 198-room Emory Conference Center Hotel is located at the Emory University Campus, 15 miles from Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport, eight miles from downtown Atlanta and three miles from the prestigious Buckhead area. The upmarket hotel sits in 28 acres of forest preserve and specializes in business and academic conferences as well as weddings and special events. In addition to the restaurants there is The Club Room, offering beverages, light snacks and recreational games. The property has a total of 23,000 sq. ft of state-of-the-art conference space and 24 function rooms.

All the rooms have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, and the choice of one king size bed or two double beds. Other amenities include a 27-inch television with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, telephone with voicemail, coffee and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board and a modern bathroom with hairdryer.
