The Extendedstay Atlanta Perimeter is north of downtown Atlanta and 25 miles from the city’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. The pet-friendly property has 97 rooms on four floors. The suites all have separate sleeping, living and working areas and are popular with families wanting to tour the area and executives who want more of a home away from home rather than a hotel room. Items included with the room rate are local telephone calls, high speed Internet access and parking. The property is close to Atlanta’s expressway system putting many attractions within easy driving distance. Downtown Atlanta is a 15-mile drive and Stone Mountain Park is 20 miles away.

Families who stayed in this property said it was in an ideal location to visit the sights in and around Atlanta. The rates were attractive and the reception staff was helpful with planning trip to the numerous attractions. Don’t get this hotel confused with the other Extendedstay Perimeter property. The other one is a Deluxe Extendedstay on nearby Peachtree Dunwoody Road. It is more expensive but does have a swimming pool and fitness center. Read our customer reviews?

Extendedstay Atlanta Perimeter Accommodations

All the suites come with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and stovetop, toaster and a refrigerator. Other amenities include work desk, Internet access, coffee and tea making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, IDD telephone with data ports and voicemail and cable TV with movie channels. There is no charge for local phone calls.

Amenities offered

The reception office is open from 7am to 11pm and can assist with mail delivery, fax and copying services. There is a coin laundry on-site. Housekeeping services are limited but should you want extra cleaning it can be provided for an additional fee. There is no restaurant here but there are but there are fast food outlets and full service restaurants nearby including a Smokey Bones and a Cheesecake Factory.

From I-285: Take Exit 27 (US Rte. 19/Hwy. 400) North. Take Exit 5A toward Dunwoody. Turn right onto Peachtree Dunwoody Rd. and travel approximately 1/4 mile. Turn right onto Crestline Pkwy. The hotel will be on your left.
