Entertainment Complex, is within walking distance of Kentucky Center for the Arts, Louisville “Slugger” Museum, Louisville Science Center, Actors Theatre and Belle of Louisville / Steamboat. Comfortably appointed accommodations, valet parking, laundry / dry cleaning facilities, eateries, pagers and cellular phones on rent, business center, hydro spa and many other facilities are available under one roof for convenience. Lionheart Gallery in the lobby level sells works of national and local artists, crafts, modern art and custom jewelry. For sundry items, Travel Traders is situated within the premises of the hotel. The Mall St. Matthews and Oxmoor Centre, popular shopping malls are minutes from the hotel.

This conveniently located downtown hotel is a good place for tourists and business travelers. Most of the guests were happy with location, courteous and friendly staff, breakfast, clean and comfy rooms with adequate amenities, restaurant and spick and span bathrooms. But many of them did not like the cost of Internet. A few visitors were annoyed with rude staff, dark and dated lobby, overpriced amenities and smoke smell in non-smoking rooms. Hyatt Regency Louisville Accommodations

The hotel has six different types of accommodations: King room, Double room, Executive suite, Hyatt Gold Passport, VIP suite and handicapped accessible room. Most of the accommodations are non-smoking. Each accommodation features a Hyatt Grand Bed, T-Mobile® wireless high-speed Internet and television with in-room pay movies and cable channels.

Amenities offered

Trellis Café, an open air restaurant, serves eclectic American fare for lunch and breakfast. Guests can enjoy a pool game and /or events on wide screen television at Pepper’s Sports Bar that offers fine food and beverages. They can exercise in the state-of-the-art fitness center, enjoy a swim in the indoor heated pool, and relax in the whirlpool. There are 23 conference rooms, a revolving rooftop banquet hall and amphitheater for business and social events. All meeting rooms feature high-speed (T1) Internet to make communication easier.
