The 100-room Courtyard by Marriott Paducah provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The three-story, non-smoking hotel has one meeting room available for business or social functions that can accommodate 60 guests. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are eight golf courses within easy driving distance of the hotel. Other area attractions include Harrah’s Hotel and Casino, the Museum of American Quilters Society, the Paducah Railroad Museum and shopping at Kentucky Oaks Mall.

Families said this hotel worked well for them. The rates were reasonable, the rooms clean and comfortable and the employees were pleased to see the younger guests. Tip from former visitors: If you find the $9.99 breakfast buffet pricey, there are plenty of places to eat nearby which are open for breakfast. All the guestrooms have a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, 32-inch flat screen television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, refrigerator, microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and telephone with voicemail. The bathtubs have spray jets.

This hotel has an indoor swimming pool and a fitness center. The Courtyard Café is only open for breakfast. There are numerous places to eat nearby including a Cracker Barrel, Applebees, Steak n Shake, Olive Garden and TGI Fridays. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, a list of restaurants that will deliver to the property, and information on area events and attractions. Other amenities include a full service business center, laundry, valet dry-cleaning, vending machines, picnic area with a barbecue grill and an on-site drugstore.

From Paducah/Barkley Airport (PAH) 8 miles: Exit Airport to the left. At traffic light, make a right and continue onto HWY 60. Travel eight miles until Friedman Lane (BP Gas Station). Take a right onto Friedman Lane. Take a Right onto Technology Drive (sign reads Technology Center, directly after the fire station). The hotel is on immediate right side.
