Our family was staying here over the Christmas holidays. We were on our way to see family and we got trapped in Paducah due to car trouble. The staff made us feel so welcome and they really understood our situation. They showed concern and felt bad for us that we weren't able to be with our family on Christmas. If I came back to the Paducah area, I am sure that I will stay at the Courtyard.

I couldn't have been more pleased with a hotel than I was with yours. My stay with you was most pleasant. I've recommended it to all my friends and if I'm ever in Paducha, Ky. again I will most certainly stay with you.

Our experience was a very pleasant one. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great! Highly recommend for anyone

I was very upset because they rent out the pool to people not staying at the hotel to have childrens' birthday parties. One of the reasons we picked your hotel was because of the indoor pool for our children to play in.

We were very unhappy due to the fact we picked this Marriott for the indoor pool. They were having public swimming parties and it was so crowded and dangerous we had to leave the pool. I feel when I pay for a room I shouldn't have to share facility pool with public. I will never come back to this hotel.

We requested a microwave oven the first day we were there. We were told no problem. We never received a microwave in our room. Also, your advertisement said bar/lounge. Where? There was no bar. I'm not sure we would stay with you again.

I was very pleased. The rooms were clean, and the grounds were well kept. The pool area was nice and clean as well. I enjoyed my stay.

The room had a peculiar smell to it, plus the general appearance seemed below Marriot standards. Overall the staff was friendly and very helpful.
