Americas Best Value Inn-Las Vegas, within easy walking distance of Las Vegas Strip and the MGM Grand Monorail station, is a non-gaming hotel. Thomas and Mack Center, Bellagio Fountains, Fashion Show Mall, Sands Expo Convention Center, Wet’n Wild, Bali Hai Golf Club, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum, Guggenheim Hermitage Museum and Las Vegas Convention Center are a short drive away from the property. Local calls, coffee, ESPN and Showtime channels, parking and high-speed Internet are complimentary. There is a car rental and tour desk within the premises of the inn. For the convenience of guests, copying and fax services are also offered.

This pet-friendly conveniently located motel has everything for budget travelers. However, most of the visitors were fully disappointed with filthy rooms in disrepair, sub-standard AC units and service.
