I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were pleasant and were attentive. The only problem we encountered was that the heated pool wasn't very heated the last few days. They said the heater broke but we weren't sure. The buffet breakfast was very good. The complimentary shuttle was also nice.

It was a pleasant stay away from the hustle of the strip and yet so close. I did not use the shuttle to the Mandalay Bay but I thought it was a great idea. Great clean comfortable rooms.

Our room was top floor on the freeway side and you can definatley hear the freeway noise. Still worth it. Overall, nice, clean, spacious and well-kept. Across the freeway from Mandalay Bay..not far from the strip (you will need to take resorts shuttle), but really in the ultimate location. DO NOT stay in North Las Vegas. For pets it's really nice. The cleaning fee was $100.00 when we were there so double check.

The beds were heavenly and you could not hear a sound from the other rooms or highway. The breakfast was a full spread, not just cold items, and was included in the price of the room. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the strip, as well. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Residence Inn recently, and we were thoroughly pleased. I am very impressed with the staff, the property, and the convenience to just about everything (i.e. freeway, Strip casinos, food, etc.). The complimentary breakfast buffett is a great plus as well as the complimentary shuttle to and from Mandalay Bay and the Bellagio.This was really a nice stay for the price and we would most definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed 2 bath suite for 8 nights. Excellent! Clean! Breakfast was awesome! Staff so friendly and helpful! Shuttle was extremely convenient! Laundry was clean and reasonable. Thanks for a superb stay!

My husband and I went to Vegas and shared a two bedroom two bath suite with another couple. It had a complete kitchen and sitting room. If you don't mind not being on the strip it's a good value with the free breakfast.

Checked in at 2 am, and staff person on duty very friendly, helpful. Didn't realize hotel is in flight path of airport. Jets leaving around midnight and again starting at 5:30 am. Maybe business travelers would be used to it. Convenient to highway and to LV strip. Note they allow pets, w/$150 fee. Nice breakfast.
