I stayed here when I visited New York City and absolutely loved the luxurious and comfortable aura of the hotel. Some luxury hotels can create a sterile environment where you feel like you are at a hotel, but that wasn't the case here. I truly felt at home. All the staff members and personnel were extremely helpful, accommodating, and cordial. It was as if I was staying at their house as a personal guest.
