My boyfriend and I stayed only one night, which wasn't long enough for this hotel. You need two or more nights just to get the full experience of this exeptional hotel. The location was perfect and everyone was very helpful.

I love this hotel. The staff is incredible. At Christmas time the hotel is beautifully decorated (inside and out). It is extremely convenient to Rockefeller Center skating rink, Madison Avenue shopping and just about everything!!!! I am planning on returning again this Christmas. I can't wait!!!!

From the second we arrived at the hotel, everything was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and helpful, we were able to check in ahead of schedule, the rooms were beautiful. I can't say enough about this hotel - fantastic !!

This hotel was perfect staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, concierge was more than helpful, view was incredible. We felt like everyone was going out of there way to make us feel comfortable. The executive level is certainly worth the money. There are not enough nice things to say about this hotel.

Have never stayed in a hotel that was so wonderful. View of Manhattan was amazing. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! The hotel is within walking distance of many major tourist attractions. Extremely clean, nice size rooms equipped with wonderful guest amenities. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic everything! Location next to Rockefeller Center/Broadway/Central Par/Times Square can't be beat. Rooms beatuiful and clean, service impeccable. I LOVE it and plan to return!

The service I received while staying with you was wonderful. Concierge was very helpful with dinner reservation and suggestions for places to see in the city. I stayed on your concierge floor where I enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the morning and a very relaxing cocktail hour in the evening. The staff was very friendly. There was a very lovely lady from Poland that welcomed everyone with a smile. I will continue to recommended your hotel to my friends. I'm sure I'll be a guest at your hotel again soon. Thanks for a lovely stay.
