Club Quarters Rockefeller Center is a different type of hotel than most others, because you need to have a membership to stay there most of the time. It's aimed at business people and corporate clients who require accommodations on a repeat basis. Club members receive a reduced rate during "business weeks"; non-members may only stay at other times. One membership may be used at any and all locations. Club Quarters hotels are placed in central areas in their home cities, and the New York one is no different. Rockefeller Center is near the Garment District, NBC Universal and the AOL Building. There's a medium-length train trip to reach the Financial District. This location has a private restaurant, fitness center, strict security, and plenty of meeting space. There's also a club lounge. It's reminiscent in decor and feel to an old style men's club in London.

Club Quarters Rockefeller Center is a great choice for business and single travelers. The service is top notch, and the rooms are small but comfortable. Most reviewers loved the location above all else. The Terrace Room restaurant seems to be a hot spot for local corporate employees, so be ready for crowds on weeknights after business hours. Families might be okay here, but it's not a place that's aimed towards small children; bring your teenagers or older children. Club Quarters Rockerfeller Center Accommodations

Club Quarters feature a variety of room sizes and categories for all types of use. There are studios including a full kitchen for long term stays, or normal rooms for just several hours. They advertise low rates for all rooms, and packages that can suit all business needs. There are even one room suites for those that want a roomier long-term stay. The hotel offers both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

Club Quarters Rockefeller Center offers lots of amenities to its members. Each room has a color television with on-demand entertainment, luxury linens, coffee/tea maker, wake up calls, alarm clock, 24 hour room service and individual climate control. There are also numerous free items and services including complementary bottled water, high-speed Internet, newspaper and coffee/tea service in the lounge. Guests are welcome to store clothing at the club which can be aired and pressed before visits.

Directions to Rockefeller Center From the North Take I-95 South towards the George Washington Bridge. Exit before the GWB at Henry Hudson Parkway South which becomes the West Side Highway. Exit the West Side Highway at 56th Street (it will be a left-hand turn). Take 56th Street to 5th Avenue. Turn right onto 5th Ave. Make a right on 51st Street. Rockefeller Center Hotel will be on your right, near Bank of America. From the South Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95 North) to the Lincoln Tunnel exit. Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs towards "Uptown." At the last light make a right (there will be a parking garage in front of you.) You are now on 42nd Street. Follow up to 8th Avenue and make a left. Take 8th Avenue to 52nd Street and make a right. Continue on 52nd to 5th Avenue and make a right. Take 5th Avenue one block to 51st Street and make a right. Rockefeller Center Hotel will be on your right, near Bank of America. From LaGuardia Airport Exit the airport heading east on the Grand Central Parkway. Take Parkway to the Long Island Expressway - head west. Take the LIE to the Midtown Tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs towards "Uptown" (heading west). Head west to Third Ave. Make a right onto Third Ave. Take to 51st Street and turn left. Go through 4 lights to Fifth Ave, crossing Fifth Ave. Rockefeller Center Hotel will be on your right, near Bank of America. From John F. Kennedy Airport Exit the airport heading north on the Van Wyck Expressway. Take the Long Island Expressway west. Take the Midtown Tunnel. Then follow directions from above starting with "Upon exiting Tunnel." From Newark Airport Take the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95 North) to the Lincoln Tunnel exit. Upon exiting the tunnel, follow signs towards "uptown." At the last light make a right (there will be a parking garage in front of you.) You are now on 42nd Street.
