Eastman Theatre and the Strong National Museum of Play are minutes from the property. Proximity to several golf courses is another big plus. The hotel prides itself on impeccable service. The hotel provides well-equipped meeting rooms, 24-hour business center, comfy accommodations, services of multilingual staff, currency exchange facilities, devices for guests with special needs and laundry / dry cleaning services to satisfy travel needs of the visitors. Use courtesy shuttle to / from Greater Rochester International Airport to save your precious time and money.

The hotel offers an assortment of comforts for an enjoyable weekend, and social and business events. A number of visitors were satisfied with hotel. They liked clean and comfy rooms, convenient location, service and food. However, many of them agreed that the hotel did not meet requirements of a standard four star property.
