If you like to visit museums, you'll find many of them close to this hotel. There's the Children's Museum of Houston, Contemporary Arts Museum, Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Health and Medical Sciences. If you find outer space interesting then you'll probably like to take a tour of the NASA Johnson Space Center or visit the Burke Baker Planetarium. Other fun places that you might like to take your family to see are the Cockreel Butterfly Center, Houston City Zoo and Bear Creek Park/Golf World. For recreation you could go golfing at Jersey Meadows golf course, only 4 miles away, or drive a little farther to the Inwood Forest golf club. You could also stay at the hotel and enjoy their fitness room or swim in the indoor pool.
