The 162-room Courtyard by Marriott Rosslyn Arlington was designed for the business traveler but has facilities well suited to families on vacation wanting to explore the wonders of Washington DC. The 10-story non-smoking hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the local DC metro station and area businesses. Other items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has meeting space available that can accommodate 40 guests for social or business functions. The property is only minutes from downtown Washington, historic Georgetown and the Reagan National Airport. Landmarks and attractions nearby include the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, the Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, the Smithsonian Museums, Iwo Jima Memorial and the National Zoo.

All the guestrooms, and 18 suites, have a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, cable television with movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, pullout sofa bed, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail and data ports. Video games and players are available for rent.

The hotel has a lap pool, whirlpool and fitness center. The Courtyard Café is only open for breakfast but there are several restaurants nearby including a Rhodeside Grill, Café Asia, a Ruby Tuesdays and the Village Bistro.
