Convenient but not enjoyable - posted on 05/12/2007
Can't beat the location - short walk to Metro and across bridge to Georgetown. However the 4-story building we stayed in was quite outdated and smelled bad. Hotel staff surly and stuck up - only looking for tips (except concierge, who was terrific).

Excellent accomidations. All areas were clean and kept. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The only down side was the hotels resturants food was overly expensive. My son enjoyed the indoor heated pool. Metro station was a 5 minute walk. Overall very happy with the stay.

Overall, very nice. The buffet was nice and the bar was open later. The beds were quite comfortable. Convienent to the metro and airport. Hotel is older so it did need some updating, but still we had a nice time there. Staff was very nice.

Feels like your are stepping back into the 70's when you first see the hotel but, the staff harkens back to the 50's. They are very personable and helpful, no question is an inconvenience. I travel for both business and pleasure, very nice hotel for either.

This was a great choice for first time visitors; you have easy access to the metro and you are close to everything. The pool area was a favorite with my 8 year old and very nice after long days of sightseeing.Very Nice.

We stayed here for two nights with our 9 year old daugher. This is a great hotel with easy access to everything DC has to offer. The staff goes out of their way to be helpful. You're an easy walk from the Metro station and Georgetown so there's no trouble getting around. A really great place to stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff extremely courteous and helpful. We were 3 blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station and within a 10 min. walk from Georgetown. The Concierge was extremely helpful. Our Room Service breakfast was delicious and ontime. We had a problem with our tv and someone was there to fix it within the hour and someone called later to make sure it had been taken care of. All in all, a wonderful stay at the Marriott Key Bridge Hotel.
Good stay, but... - posted on 03/14/2005
Initial room had foul odor; desk assigned another room, but previous guest hadn't left. The third attempt resulted in a room which we enjoyed for our four-day stay. The embarrassed staff comped us to use of the concierge level lounge. All employees were exceedingly courteous and helpful. I recommend you request the Rosslyn Tower for a good view; avoid the Arlington Tower, which overlooks the garage.
