The 149-room Courtyard by Marriott Richmond Northwest provides quality accommodation at a reasonable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The four-story, non-smoking hotel is close to the corporate offices of Capital One, CarMax, Circuit City, GE, Philip Morris, and Wachovia. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are three rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 50 guests. Shopping nearby includes the Short Pump Town Center, Regency Square and Stony Point Fashion Park. Nearby landmarks and attractions include three golf courses, the historic museum district, Richmond Coliseum, Richmond International Raceway, James River Plantation, Deep Run Park, Kings Dominion, Busch Gardens, the Virginia Aviation Museum and the University of Richmond.

All the guestrooms, and eight suites, have a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, cable television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and two-line telephone with voicemail. The bathrooms come with a separate Jacuzzi.
