The 120 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg provides reasonably priced accommodation designed for families on vacation but equally suited to the business traveler. Items included in the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include 15 championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, the College of William and Mary, Merchants Square Shopping district, Prime Outlets, the Williamsburg Winery and The Pottery. Nearby government facilities include Cheatham Annex, Yorktown Naval Weapons Depot, West Point Armor Group International Training and Fort Eustis.

Families who stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites said there was ample space and the hotel made an ideal base for touring Virginia’s historic triangle of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Many guests were impressed by the clean and well decorated suites, reasonable rates and the team of efficient and friendly employees. Springhill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg Accommodations

All the suites have a pantry area, wet bar, mini-refrigerator and microwave oven. Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels,, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

This hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness center and a sport court. The complimentary breakfast is the only meal served here but there are several places to eat nearby including an Applebees, Black Angus Steakhouse, Giuseppe's Italian Café, Chili’s and an Olive Garden. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes, information on area events and attractions and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the hotel. Other amenities include copy and fax services, daily housekeeping, a coin-operated laundry, valet dry-cleaning, vending machines, a picnic area with a barbecue grill and a gift shop and newsstand.

At first light turn right onto Route 60 West Bypass Road. Turn right onto Route 60 West Richmond Road. SpringHill Suites is four blocks down on the left, behind Applebees.
